Shipping & returns

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.00, excluding taxes*. Anything under $50.00, we will charge a flat fee of only $7.50. No fees will be charged for in store pickups. 

We know how exciting it is to get new packages in the mail, therefore we will do our best to ship your order within 1-3 business days. 

All returns are due within 30 days. All orders must be approved by Zen's Toyland before being returned. 

For any returns due to non defective reasons,  the buyer will pay the shipping costs. 

*Free shipping does not include large/heavy items, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska or international shipping. Please contact us for more details.
